Minimal TV viewing may be protective for heart diseases linked to Type 2 diabetes

Limiting sitting time and watching no more than one hour of TV each day may help offset an increased risk of heart and blood vessel diseases for people with a genetic risk for Type 2 diabetes, finds a new study in the Journal of the American Heart Association
