Diet change may make biggest impact on reducing heart risk in people with hypertension
A study presented at an American Heart Association’s Hypertension meeting suggests the DASH diet vs. other lifestyle adjustments may be most effective to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke among people with high blood pressure
