Black mothers may be more than three times as likely to develop dangerous heart failure

The disparity between non-Hispanic Black and white women is only partially explained by differences in neighborhood resources and pre-pregnancy high blood pressure, finds a new study in a Go Red for Women issue of the Journal of the American Heart Association
