MFalls Library 5

Julie Brady, RN Care Coordinator for the Froedtert Community Outreach Health Clinic helps train staff at the Menomonee Falls Public Library during a recent rollout for the American Heart Association’s Libraries With Heart initiative. The program, now in three southeastern Wisconsin libraries, Racine and Waukesha are the others, brings self-monitored blood pressure kits into the library for patrons.

The Racine facility was the first in the “Libraries with Heart” initiative, which now includes similar programs at the Waukesha and Menomonee Falls libraries.
