Nineteen people helped save David St. Pierre, Jr., when he had a sudden cardiac arrest

Coworkers called 911 and started CPR, and seven agencies responded. On Dec. 11, at W.F. Bruen Rescue Squad in Rensselaer, St. Pierre and his rescuers gathered for a recognition ceremony.
