Join the Heart Walk: North Texans unite to save lives
The annual 5k and 1-mile Heart Walks will simultaneously bring almost 50,000 walkers to the start lines in Dallas and Fort Worth, making this a must-do weekend event for the North Texas metroplex

Saturday, September 21st, the Dallas Heart Walk and the Fort Worth Heart Walk offer a fantastic opportunity to stay active while connecting with friends, family, and the community.

Heart Walks in North Texas
The Dallas Heart Walk and Tarrant County Heart Walk take place on Saturday, Sept 21st, 2024 - Participants can select either the non-competitive three-mile or one-mile route. Festivities kick off in Dallas at the base of Reunion Tower and in Tarrant County at the Shops at Clearfork at 7:30 AM, and the walk begins at 9:00 AM.

By joining the Dallas Heart Walk or Tarrant County Heart Walk participants are not only supporting heart health but also becoming part of a movement to save lives.
