Bill Delfs testifying at the Kansas Statehouse

Bill Delfs testifying at the Kansas Statehouse in support of this bill after losing his teen son, Rocky who collapsed on his high school track. Rocky’s twin brother, Alias was diagnosed with the same heart condition shortly after his brother’s death.

An American Heart Association Instructor demonstrates CPR and using an AED on a manikin. The Instructor goes through the steps of making sure the scene is safe, tapping the victim and asking for a response, telling someone to call 9-1-1, checking for breathing or a chest rise, and then demonstrates compressions before applying an AED.
